Easy Baked Chicken Strips


I’ve been all about using up the random stuff in our freezer and pantry lately, so when Mr. Nest was out of town a couple weeks ago I decided to use up the random chicken breasts languishing in the refrigerator, and what better way to use them than to make healthy chicken strips?

There’s really not much to this recipe.

First, cut up your chicken breasts (however many you have) into strips, or you can just buy the pre-cut chicken tenders at the grocery store.  Then set up your breading station.

Right to Left: Flour seasoned with Lawry’s and Cayenne, egg wash (just eggs and a little water), and Panko crumbs.

Dredge your strips a couple at a time in your flour first, then into the egg wash and last, cover them in Panko.

Place them on a pan.

Then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until they’re no longer pink in the middle.

Easy Dinner!
