Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from Smitten Kitchen

What is it about oatmeal raisin cookies? They’re fragrant, blissfully chewy (I adore chewy cookies), and have such an individual flavor.

I’m a big fan of Smitten Kitchen’s Recipe myself. They’re quick, easy and are made of mostly pantry ingredients.

Here are a couple pictures of my process, but if you’re an oatmeal cookie fan – check out the recipe by clicking the link above. 🙂

I highly recommend a cookie scoop by the way. They make it much easier to get evenly-baked cookies. I used my small scoop because I wanted mini-cookies.

Straight from the oven.
