Packing Healthy for Work 8/3/12


TGIF! Just a quick post today because I’m running late!

Breakfast: Caribou coffee sparkling peach black tea (I was thirsty!), leftover strata (again) and cherries.

Lunch: Leftover spinach tomato tortellini w/ extra fresh spinach added and sliced pluot + nectarine.

 

Snacks: 1oz Kerrygold Aged Cheddar, 1/2 small avocado, and Fage 0% w/ blueberry preserves + fresh blueberries.

Any fun weekend plans?
